The Satisfied Introvert

This site addresses something basic about being an introvert that you may never have thought about – the persona or “winning recipe” that you created as a child to cope with the world. These posts will show you how to successfully expose and detach from it so that you can live a more satisfying life. Note that this is a labor of love – you have free access to all of these posts. If you are new to the site, please see the three posts below  for  an overview.
